The house is at 147 Clontarf rd Hamilton Hill it's a large 4x2 with pool. The house is MASSIVE, it is very close to Freo and the beach also right on a main bus line straight into Freo. There are 3 rooms availiable. It also has a large seperate studio. This house will be partly furnished and rent is $160 per person. It is a very homely house and is also perfect for Uni students as is has a large outdoor entertaining area around the pool. Also has plenty of room to get away and have your own space.
The courts have just given me access to my house after finally kicking out that lady finally today. I will be moving into the property with my brother so there is 3 rooms up for grabs. I go away on the 29th of march untill the 2nd of April. If you interested you can call me to inspect the house.
I'm not sure what condition she has left the house in as she was upset at being evicted, she was suppose to leave the property back in Feb. If there is any dmamge i will be getting it sorted out over the w/e.
