I am offering a large room that has a built in wardrobe, it could fit a couple just nicely with 2 windows and a glass sliding door that leads out to the back alfresco area, at $175 for a single person or $220 for a couple includes bills (normal everyday useage gas, water, electricity) per week ( plus 4 weeks bond is extra unless we come to some arrangement). The house is on The Central Coast, at Hamlyn Terrace...10-15mins drive north of Wyong and Tuggerah. There are bus stops near by, train station around the corner (2 mins drive away), local shopping centre (5 mins drive away) and large Westfield shopping centre (about 15 mins drive away). NON smokers please... (I want to keep it looking n smelling clean and fresh for as long as i can...ha!) The house has vertical blinds on every window, fly screens, carpet in the rooms and family areas of the house, tiles through the rest of the house, instant gas for hot water (nice fast flowing showers), 2-3 person corner bath, double bathroom basin, large linen closet, seperate toilet and basin from the main bathroom, gas cook top, back covered in alfresco area, large open plan house, nice size kitchen ! I NEVER EVER wear shoes in the house, no one else wears shoes in the house either and i would ask that you do the same if you moved in, thanks! Standard bills are included in the rent (normal everyday useage of electricity, gas, water only) I have most basic furniture in the house but if have your own we could work it out!
