I have a spare room in a quiet block of units in Hawthorn West, very close to everything really. 5kms from the cbd - which I have great views of from the balcony, yarra river/bike paths only 200mtrs down the road, Victoria gardens shopping centre, bridge rd, victoria st, glenferrie rd, trams 48, 109, 70, 75, Glenferrie train station, Swinburne uni, bars, restaurants, shopping, Monash fwy, Eastern fwy. The room is unfurnished, but is big enough to fit in a queen size bed plus extra furniture. Great storage with floor to ceiling cupboards. Off Street parking available most of the time. Rent includes bills (within reason) inc wifi internet. I'm a 38 yo male running my own gardening business. I'm friendly and easy going, enjoy the company of others but also respect the need for privacy and own time. While not wanting to live in someone else's pocket, or them mine, I would hope that we can share a meal/a drink now and then. Seeking: Preferably a professional female, mid 20's plus, friendly and easy going. Preferably someone not just looking for a room but a home to share. Unit is fully furnished, except the spare room. I am asking for $190/wk .
