The room is unfurnished, but is big enough to fit in a queen size bed plus extra furniture. Great storage with floor to ceiling cupboards. Off Street parking available most of the time.
Rent includes bills (within reason) inc wifi internet.
I'm a 38 yo male running my own gardening business. I'm friendly and easy going, enjoy the company of others but also respect the need for privacy and own time. While not wanting to live in someone else's pocket, or them mine, I would hope that we can share a meal/a drink now and then.
