'm looking for people to move into the triple room is $150 a week 4 a single person or $180 for 2 people (per room) - one weeks bond and a week in advance. That means, 300 or 360 straight up depending on how many people move in, conditional on our rentals approval.
Currently living here as from the start of the year is Jon (a fantastic guy), he moved in about a month ago and Micheal (keeps to himself) hes been here maybe 2 months.
Besides myself there is 2 chicks that you will see quite alot of. All of us are placid and trustworthy, which is quite important to me.
The house itself is big although both the lounge and dining room are fairly vacant ( so if you have a house load of stuff you can set it up and make use of those areas). myself and the few visitors i have enjoy spending alot of time out on the balcony.
The balcony i have more or less divided into a lounge/ relaxing area and a bar/ entertaining/ dining area. it has been done one the cheap but is very functional. With the stereo/ tv /lounges pc's fridge etc. It can also be quite private when u need it to be as i have put curtain around or not and we can see fairly clearly around the hood as its a corner house.

Its a big place, a queenslander - lots of storage, a balcony that goes half way around the house, fenced yard secure for a car or two. This is a very secure home and all gates must remain locked at all times.
Bills will be 50 (internet, gas, power etc).
Very good area close to everything bus stop out the front takes you straight to the city/valley, also the train does too. Very close to city/valley, airport and toombul centro.We can maybe have a pet if we ask the real estate. but forms will have to be filled in.Shops and tab and bowls club and bus stop 50meters if that away and train station is 100meters.
5 0r ten mins via car to the city, 18 minutes via train (hourly)to the city and.26 minutes on bus, 10 mins to westfeild centro shopping centre via bus (comes every half hour rush hour, 15 mins walk to a translink bus/train interchange at toombul westfeild.
We are very placid, don't drink much. Prefer someone between 20 and 30ish, not Asian and doesn't have a lot of friends visiting. Only close trusted friends are to come over. We only have a few mates but there good ones, people we know we can leave money and i phones etc around. You need to be very clean and pick up after yourself. Also need to not be too loud except weekends or invite groups of people here. Maybe just a few people that are trusted.
