The house is on a quiet street and only about 200m from white sand beaches!
The Henley Beach shops (inc restaurants, cafes etc) are only a short walk along the beach and the Grange Rd shops are also very close. In addition there are takeaway shops located round the corner and a Foodland, post office etc within walking distance.
The bus to the city goes from the end of the street and the train station that runs directly into the city is 500m away and various bus routes running to the city, Glenelg etc are within a couple of minutes walk.
The nice looking house has a nice front garden and quite a good sized back garden, with outdoor furniture, trees, garage, shed, clothes line etc.
The house interior is very nice and spacious with high ceilings and well furnished.
The large lounge room has reverse cycle air-con & fireplace.
There is a second lounge room and an area with gym equipments such as an exercise bike.
The bathroom with bath & shower is separate from the toilet.
There is a large laundry, with washing machine & basin.
The large kitchen has near-new polished floorboards.
The bedroom available is large, light and with high ceilings and polished floorboards. It's fully furnished with a really nice queen size bed and wardrobe.
Looking for a short or long term housemate (long stay travelers are welcome). Friends welcome but not a party house.
The house is very clean and I look after all the garden maintenance.
Utilities are included in the rent and include electricity, water, basic Foxtel and 60GB p/m of high-speed broadband!
