Great place to stay if you want a quiet and safe home. Shops only a short walk away and bus transport to either Hampton or Highett station (15 min ride to Caufield Monash). Holmesglen TAFE & Southland a short bus ride away and the beach is a 5 minute ride. Modern facilities - ducted heating, dishwasher, front loader washing machine, Rinnai hot water, etc. Gas, electricity & internet (wifi) included. I'm a TAFE teacher & my 21 year son is doing his internship to be a golf pro. There is a 14 year old cat so if your pet likes cats it would be welcome. There is furniture but can be stored if you have your own. Referrals required. No smokers.
