I've a 2 bedroom, (single & double) apartment in a quiet suburb of Hillarys.
It's a fully furnished with a lounge, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, meals area, kitchen, reverse cycle a/c, pool, separate entrance, driveway parking.
One of the bedroom, double, will be vacant from the 21st Nov.'11 till the 28th Dec.'11.
The other room is occupied by a student.
The rent is $200 per week per room including breakfast, and utilities.
I do accept short and long stay people, any gender.
We've hosted to students and travellers for more than 20 years.
Our house is next door to the apartment.
