Preferred room and flatmate description
Rooms available in a nice place in Holland Park.
Room is approx $115 for a single (negotiable for suitable tennant) The only other bill that is shared is the electricity and that is shared evenly.
We are looking for:
- Female preferred - to keep the balance in the household!
- Students are welcome, but please note that internet is not included at the house. We are using a wireless USB modem on our computer as we have not had reason to have broadband connected, as this suits our needs.
- Those who don't object to a few musical interludes (we like to play music through the house - but we're not overly noisy - the neighbours have never complained!)
- People who can clean up after themselves - it doesn't matter if you're not the tidiest person in the world, but the effort is appreciated. (However, after recent experiences - Wet towels on floor and dirty clothes left in the bathroom will not be tolerated (lol!))
You will be sharing with a couple (M - 34, F - 25), and another male (32). Currently two cats are also residing with us. They are only 3 months old - very sweet and very entertaining! Unfortunately, the lease only permits cats
We are very friendly, fun loving people and would want the same to live with us. She works full time and he's a full time student, so would usually be quiet during the week with weekends becoming more lively with activities and playtime!
Short walk to Holland Road (approx 200 metres), where the 180 and 172 are frequent to and from the City. It is approximately 800 metres to Logan Road, where the 170, 175, and 174 again are frequent to and from the city. The bus stops all fall into zone 2 (which is only $2.32 to the city with an adult GO Card!)
There is no traffic noise from the house. There is a nice yard that is maintained as part of the rent.
