David is a student studying a bachelors degree in Radiography at Sydney University, Cumberland Campus. He is 20 years old and is from Dubbo and will be studying for the next three years.
There is front courtyard as well as a back courtyard with tropical trees. Very friendly neighbours, nice sized rooms with built-ins and with a common bathroom. The master bedroom has a ensuite and there is also an extra toilet in the laundry. I have furnitures and the room is partially furnished but furnitures can be removed if need be.
There is a mini-gym set, ab-machine, dumb bells, yoga mat in the garage for a good workout. The Olympic Park is only a short stroll away where all concerts take place. And it is a great area to go for long distance running as I do as we are close to the Bi-Centennial Park.
