Hi I have a room for rent ( actually there a 2 rooms you choose from ) in a large modern townhouse. Place has a/c foxtel wi fi lock up double garage security paved outdoor courtyard. I t is close to 2 major shopping centres , 5 minutes from beach and 10 minutes to city so its in a great location.
I have had some room mates that i have become great friends with and still keep in regular contact with and ive had some not so great ones as well so i think its important to get right the person so im in no hurry just to get anyone in. Im a very easy going person who loves a laugh and a joke and i dont take life to seriously. I am a bit of a clean freak and my vacuum and mop get a good workout. I keep pretty active and enjoy keeping fit and socialising but my night club days are long gone...i prefer a quiet home these days ( getting old ha )
