Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi guys and girls,

My names Laurie and I have a room for rent. Situated in Jamboree Heights its a neat and tidy house with hardwood floors. Currently occupied are two of the three rooms, one with myself (the owner) and a long time friend, both of us are male and very clean and hygienic. There is a large age gap between us, I'm 39 and Chris is 22 but very easy to get along with and have some keen interests and a good life style We both like to have a quiet drink on weekends and love company of others so friends of yours are welcome. We work different hours but both very early ranging from 1 am to 7 am starts. The bond is only $300 and rent $150 per week which is extremely fair, electricity and water will be separate but arrangements can be made for inclusive inluding food if you wish as Chris and I share food and I cook on a regular basis preferably on the BBQ as I run 40 butcher shops. We need to fill the void in the house as a long time female tenant has decided to move on to greener pastures and preferably would like to maintain the status quo but males are more than welcome to contact me as you maybe a perfect fit. We are with in 10 minutes walk to Mount Ommoney shopping centre with all the ammenties, train and 2 min to bus Off street parking and 3 separate communal areas including large BBQ entertainment area are a bonus and smoking is restricted to the down stairs entertainment room. Both of us work in the food industry and sustain clean living arrangments.
