Park Life residence has 5 secure single occupancy bedrooms, currently it’s a mixed house 3 females, 2 males, all from Europe. Four rooms are furnished with Double beds and one has a single, all linen is included. Each room has a large Wardrobe, Desk & Chair and Fan. There are two bathrooms and three toilets. The kitchen, living, dining and recreation areas are shared with 4 other students, wireless broadband, electricity and gas are all included in the rent. A large laundry area with a new washing machine and detergent is provided. It is very conveniently located for both the bus and ferry and less than 2 km from the city. Public Transport (bus & ferry), Groceries Shops, Cafes and Take away shops are very short stroll away; Mowbray Park is at your back door. The minimum leasing term is 3 months, $500 bond and two weeks rent with one week to be kept in advance is required to move in. Smoking is not permitted within the building.
