Non Smoker wanted for room in modern 4 bedroom home at Kanimbla Heights. The room is a double with tiled floor, built in robe, ceiling fan and air con. Share bathroom with one other female.
The house is tiled throughout with a double lock up garage, fenced yard and pool. The living area is spacious and fully furnished. The kitchen is modern with a gas cooktop.
You would be sharing the house with two females. I am a professional and travel alot for work and am generally away half of the month. The other is a 23yr old professional working full time and also studying.
We are looking for a professional, either female or male over 22yrs old. Only non smokers please. You must love dogs as there are 2 permanent furry residents of the house. A West Highland White Terrier and a Maltese/Poodle cross. Both 5yrs old, very friendly and inside dogs.
Rent is $160/week. This includes electricity, gas and water. I take care of the pool and the lawn/gardens.
