I have one extra large master bed room with ensuite available to rent in my townhouse in Karabar.
Here are some details....
The complex is about 12 years old and contains 13 town houses, so quite small. It is at the top of the street and is surrounded by bush land, providing privacy and beautiful views. Is lovely and quiet.
The House:
Is two stories - All 3 bedrooms are on the top floor and the kitchen, laundry, a toilet and living area are on the ground floor.
The house has ducted heating throughout and a reverse cycle A/C down stairs, with fans in all bedrooms.
The mater bedroom is very large and has a walk-in wardrobe. You can easily fit a king size bed, bed side tables, chest of draws and a desk. There is also an ensuite and deck off the bed room. The views are amazing from up there.
The kitchen has recently been renovated. The House has high speed internet. The house is almost totally furnished - Fridge, microwave, washing machine, dryer, lounge, kitchen crockery, cutlery and cooking items. The other room is set up as a study with a desk already included.
The bedroom is fully furnished, however can be moved if you have furniture.
There is a nice paved outdoor area out the back with a table and chairs. There is a space to park a car in the garage (remote access) and another in-front of that garage space in the driveway.
I have moved out to live with my partner, and want to rent out the master bed room to a clean, tidy, non smoker who will respect the house and contents which are included.
I currently have one room rented out, one to a nice guy, aged 40. He is away each weekend in Sydney and travels for work; he is professional, nice and quiet.
The $290 weekly rent for a single person or $370 for a couple, it includes all household bills.
The room is available from the 14th of April.
