There are two teenage adults (LOL) and a 15 & 19 year old Boys living in the main house. The granny flat is attached to the house, but is divided and locked for privacy of all parties. This Granny flat is set up like a studio apartment. It is fully self contained, has a seperate kitchen and bathroom and toilet with laundry outside. We also have a small home gym for the fitness enthusiast
There is onsite parking. This is usually a twin share accommodation at $150.00pw each or the rent is $300.00pw. (can put another bed in if required) It has a King size bed tv,dvd, table, chairs,office furniture and linen. power is included in the rent price. The flat is fitted with two ceiling fans and air-conditioning.
Lots of room outside for a game of footy or cricket and relax late in the afternoon with a cuppa and watch the wallabies play outside. We are located minutes from local amenities and and about ten minutes from the hospital, Uni and Willows shopping centre.Would prefer long term, but is not ruling out short term.
