There is off street (garage) parking, in a quiet cul-de-sac - very close to everything - shopping centres, buses, trains, pubs, park, restaurants and 5 minutes from Motorways, South, North or Ipswich areas. Takes me around 20 mins to city - same to airport. 5 minutes to Garden City/Mt.Gravatt.
Would be sharing with 2 professional women who respect the belongings of others and their privacy.
