Our house is within easy walking distance of the Lambton shops, the Lambton Park tennis courts, the Lambton swimming pool, Wests and its gymnasium. It is also nearby to the John Hunter Hospital and the Newcastle University, both of which can be reached by public transport which is available from the end of the street. There is also a bus route that runs regularly to the Newcastle City centre.
Our house is fully furnished. The bathroom, laundry and kitchen, have just been renovated and there is a second toilet. Off street parking is available.

We have a spacious, freshly renovated room available, which is fully furnished. It is located in a separate part of the house and has separately controlled split system, reverse cycle air conditioning. Complimentary high speed broadband is provided. The rent is $185 per week which includes all electricity expenses.
