We are a professional couple in our 40's. We live near the village of Lambton, easy walking distance from the Lambton Park, the tennis court, swimming pool, Wests and the gymnasium. We're also conveniently located close to the John Hunter Hospital and the Newcastle University which can both be reached by public transport available from the end of the street. There is also a bus that runs regularly to the Newcastle city centre.
We are experienced house sharers, and enjoy meeting new people. Our house is fully furnished. We have just renovated our bathroom, laundry and kitchen, and we have a second toilet. On street and off street parking is available.
We have a spacious, freshly renovated room available in a separate part of the house with separate air conditioning. The room rents for $185 per week which includes electricity, and high speed broadband.
