Seeking a friendly, reliable and responsible, honest and open. Room available is fully furnished. Bathroom facilty is 3 way. Shower & bath, with seperate vanity area with 2 basins. 2 toilets available. Comfortable, warm & inviting best describes my lovely home and many would say the same of me.
House is occupied by myself and 2 young adults (sometimes!), 1 very friendly older dog who spends much of his time indoors, is very partial to attention and loves to be taken for walks.
All cooking facilities available for use, happy to share the odd meal and enjoy a glass of wine.
All amenties apart from phone & internet included.
Large deck area with BBQ which overlooks delightful semi rural setting, so lots of open space and views across to the You Yangs.
Great walking tracks at the door.
Walking distance to the shops, bus stop and train station.
