I'm Jessica (24). We have a room available as our last housemate left not long ago.
The house is in Lathlain near Burswood. There are two train stations no more than 10 mins walk from the house. It takes me about 5 min to get the city.
The room is not furnished but there is a mattress available if needed.
We are 3 of us living here at the moment, myself, my boyfriend and another guy.
The lease is until July, but we might renew for another 6 months. We pay 150pw and pay every fortnight which doesn't include other amenities. Internet, electricity and gas is usually divided when we receive the bills.
We have a dog (huski crossed kelpie) and cat.
We would like to do an interview before bringing anyone into our house, as we had problems with our last housemate.
And of course we would ask for a bond.
