I can rent you a furnished double room 3 [5m by 4m] and a medium room 2. These two rooms are attached together with a wooden low gate. 1-3 tenants could share these two rooms. Each tenant in these two rooms must order at least $49 meals per week. This can be 7 breakfasts & 7 dinners per week or snacks. Each tenant in rooms 2 & 3 must work 30 minute a night around the house [flexible time]. If a tenant in these two rooms rents longer than 2 months, only one more tenant can rent these two rooms. If 3 tenants in these 2 rooms rent for more than 2 months and they are not in one group, no other tenant can rent these two rooms. Tenants can join to live in rooms 2 & 3 to decrease their rent $20/week per tenant. A couple can rent rooms 2 & 3 for longer than 2 months only, no other option.

2. a leather recliner chair with a narrow pillow + pillow slip
