I Hello my name is Annabella.... I have a long term rent arrangement for this beautiful executive style home in leafy Lorn...... just over the Belmore bridge and an easy walk to shops and railway station. I have one of three rooms avilable at the moment. This room has its own ensuite. This is a modern home that is open and full of light with a huge deck that leads onto a small fully fenced yard and ingroud pool. a modern kitchen fully equipt is at your disposal.... feel free to keep to yourself when needed or jump in and be part of the household. All running costs to house are included in weekly tarrif. Front room is $230 per week . All rooms are fully furnished with linen provided if needed and have large builtin wardrobes and have queen sized beds and desk and chair. A third room is currently rented out to my gorgeous 21 year old son William. Looking forward to establishing another friendly household. Cheers Bella
