26yo italian girl and 30yo aussie guy just found awesome 3br place on manly beach. We move in next weekend and looking for somone to take 3rd room....

The flat:

*Opposite surf beach (northern end of beach)...with perfect views of beach/ocean (143 North Steyne) *North facing...sunny all day *3 bedroom/2 bathroom/3 balconies *2 story flat...your room is only one downstairs *huge balcony off lounge overlooking beach with deckchairs/bbq etc *double underground parking...you can have one. *top notch kitchen..with built in fridge/dishwasher/miele appliances...etc *ducted reverse-cycle air con. *internal laundry with washer dryer *30 seconds walk to beach *20min walk to ferry....or 5min bus or bike along beach!! *Will get wireless internet

The room:

*Furnished or not *North facing windows...district views *Not huge..but big enough for double bed..and whatever else *Built in wardrobe

Us:

*30yo aussie guy working full time in city as english teacher...non-smoking...like surfing...travelling....beer...usual stuff :) *26yo itialian girl works part-time at macquarie uni....smoker...but respectful and definitely only outside...likes pasta..pizza...usual stuff :) *We're currently flatmates in another house and are both ultra-easy going...but tidy. Both enjoy a beer or bottle of wine but like to live in clean, quiet house.

Room is $350 + bills..(no couples) Available to see/move in from next weekend.
