Hi, 2 Nice sized double rooms to let in 3 bedroom house. Its set 600 metres back from the beach, and surrounded by a lush tropical garden. House is a large, set in 3 levels with own private verandahs/garden. The rooms are large/double but one is not furnished. The other has a 4 poster antique bed. Both have large wardrobes and shelving. Should you want both rooms rent will be $240 pw. The rest of the house is huge - we have a large and comfortable open plan kitchen/living area, set in split level and a large garden verandah outside. The house has wireless broadband, and kitchen has all mod cons. The house is a 5 min walk to bus transport, and close to pubs and shops at Peregian Beach, or Sunshine beach so we're also a short journey to places to socialise! You would be sharing with one guy in his 40s, a professional. Very friendly and easygoing, I like a drink and a laugh, and the odd glass of wine in the evening to be enjoyed with some savoury meal made in this amazing kitchen.
