I have taken over the lease on this 4 bedroom house with a large shed on an acreage at Margate. Very peaceful apart from the sound of the local kookaburras. I am looking for someone to share the other half of the house. I am using 1 bedroom as an office and the other for sleeping. Looking preferably for a tidy professional that likes peace and quiet.
Main Room has built in Robes but other than that just needs a bed.
I am a full-time computer professional, house has internet and plenty of room to move. Easy to get along with and a good sense of humour.
I now have the place on a 12 month lease, applicant would need to fill in a form to be submitted to my rental agent.
