Preferred room and flatmate description

Two bedrooms and a bathroom available in central margate on top floor of house. Looking to rent this to one person.

Bedrooms have polished timber floors, fans and timber blinds, and the upstairs bathroom will be for your private use.

Jules (my girlfriend) and I live in the rooms downstairs. We have set the house up so that the space to be rented is private (upstairs) and we generally live downstairs. The kitchen (upstairs) and laundry (downstairs) will be shared along with an upstairs balcony.

We have a friendly dog (only allowed in the house downstairs) so being comfortable with animals is a plus.

House has a large yard, clothes line, some parking and some storage space in the shed can be made avilable. I will do the yard maintenance.

Jules and I are an easy going profesional couple, looking for employed tenant for minimum 3 months who enjoys a chat but is also keen to have their own space.

Rent is $200/week which includes reasonable electricity and a cleaner every 2 weeks.

The house is within one km of shops and the beach and very close to public transport.

Smokers are welcome but must smoke outside and clean up after themselves.
