1 room available in a beautiful two story town house in August 2012. The room is large with a double wardrobe, queen size bed and great view. The rest of the house has brand new furniture and everything else you could possibly want, including dishhwasher, washing machine, TV's, DVD, foxtel, fast internet with unlimited use, nice big courtyard with BBQ. Towels, bedding, doonas & pillows also provided. The townhouse is a 30 second walk from Glen Huntly station, shops and trams & 10 mins by car or train to the city and beach and close to Monash University. I am an easy going social worker who is relaxed, fun, friendly, considerate and respectful. I am happy to share meals when possible also cooking up a BBQ in summer, The home is very happy, bright but quiet, very much a home not just a house. The rent includes water, gas, electricity, foxtel and fast wireless internet. Ideally I would like someone who is nice, clean, considerate and planning on staying for 12 months. Perfect for student or professional. :)
