Preferred room and flatmate description

I am currently studying my final year of highschool and need a new place to stay as it has become increasingly difficult to work around my busy schedule in the place where i am currently.

On a personal level, i am very friendly and I like to think that i am very easy to get along with. I don't smoke or have any pets, i also don't mind if you smoke as long as it will not affect me and i love pets so that is fine too. I'd really like to be in or close to the CBD as i work around there in a cafe and will be starting a fulltime job next year
