Our house close to public transportation tram stop ( 1 min walk) and train station, shopping area (Union Rd) and city CBD. We have a FURNISHED SINGLE ROOM , single bed, wardrobe, drawer, chair and desk for study, linen, doona. Rent is $150/wk including bills (gas,water, electricity, internet). Deposit bond equals 2 weeks rent. I live with my husband and 1 female student and we are a good family. We are looking for a FEMALE STUDENT (International Student welcome) who are honest, reliable, easy going, friendly, tidy, clean, non smoker.
