Preferred room and flatmate description

Hello everyone, I am Jayme. I am currently looking for share accommodation / room for rent in Hawthorn or Kew. I am a first year student at Swinburne University. My ideal housemates would be between 17-25 years old. I am 18 years old myself. I am currently living in share accommodation, so I understand how to live with a variety of people. I am looking for something preferably with no more than 8 people but am open to more, as I currently live with 18 other people. I am looking for a private room, but do not mind sharing a bathroom. I am looking for accommodation for early December, however i can move in sooner but must give my current landlord a few weeks notice.
