The House:
it is a two story house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and separate laundry! The building is fully secure and has passes to get into the building as well as onto the roof where the house is. (only people living on the roof have access to the roof.)it has two massive balconies with amazing views which will be perfect for barbecue dinners in the summer :) large kitchen/living/lounge area. The house and bedroom are fully furnished however we can make way for your own personal belongings! We have also just had a new washing machine/fridge/air conditioners installed!
The Flatmates:
Nyssa, Female, 23, full time student and working full time. I am generally out of the house during the day and some nights for work.
Michael, Male, 24, Full time profession in IT. Works long hours during the week and some weekends.
Rent is $310 pw ($350 for a couple). you have your own large room (trust me ive seen some matchboxes!) that will fit the queen bed, bed side tables, desk, duchess and wardrobe. The room has its own brand new air conditioner/heater. Utilities are extra and are roughly $5p/w (If that!). this includes water, internet and phone. Electricity and Gas are currently included in your rent - however no extra is paid and it is at the landlords discretion.
References are required as is a 6 week bond. prefer people that can commit for a minimum of 6 months.

What we require in a flatmate: Someone that if working fulltime or studying, that you are CLEAN (A must!), that your respectful of other people living in the share house ie not having people over at 3am for drinks, and that you can have fun!
