So there is a room available in the MANOR and we would like to find an easy going, clean, happy individual either female or male, but sorry must be aged 26-33. Its a wicked two story, MASSIVE house on the Canning Highway - 15 kms to the city, 6 kms to Freo in Melville.
One room is available soonish for $175/wk - this includes internet and cleaning fee. it is a huge room in an extremely spacious, clean and fun house...but not some wild student frat house. We arent all about drinking and dancing on table tops..unless its the weekend!? :p
We rent the house off a guy privately - he lives near us and is really cruisy, we just ring him if we need him for anything and when the boys are home he likes to come round for a beer. There is off street parking, we all just kind of park on a diagonal to fit everyone in. Big balcony's overlooking the city and a happy hour spot with couches and a BBQ for a few brewskies. Huge kitchen, 2 bathrooms, wireless internet, heating/air con, and we get a cleaner once a fortnight to make life easier and we have an open door policy with mates. We are looking for someone who wants to live with friends, not just share the bills.
We are into music, wine and dress up parties...what more could you ask for? Huge gourmet kitchen and plenty of space to swing a cat - not that we actually do that..that would be cruel.
We are like a family - so we want to live with someone who wants to be a part of it - not just share the bills. We all have our own groups of friends, but we are mates with each others and genuinely love spending time together...so if you want to do your own thing ALL of the time, this is probably not the place for you.
