The house has a good size pool in the front yard as well as a bbq area and a large deck out the back, directly on the water. We also have our own jetty if you happen to own a jetski, boat or like to fish.
Other features include very FAST Wifi, large bathroom with shower & bath, seperate toilet, double garage for extra storage, seperate laundry room / drying area, gas hobs, a good oven & dishwasher.
Two solid housemates have just left so we are looking for clean & intelligent people to fill their rooms who will add something to the dynamic. This is a relaxing and fun place to live - not a party house (except when we all decide to throw one as it is a sick house for a party).
