We have one bedroom available in 3 bedroom house. The room has got a double bed, wooden chest of drawers for storage, large screen- Tv, built in spacious wardrobes with mirrored sliding doors, carpet flooring and 2 windows (corner room) with wooden venetian blinds. All bedrooms are upstairs. You will be sharing the bathroom with female, toilet is separate.
The house is a 2 story modern duplex in a quiet neighborhood, 5 min walk from the beach! Modern furniture throughout. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge room with flat screen Tv, gym equipment, dining room with table for 6, utility room with washing machine and dryer, garage, cosy, closed-in courtyard with BBQ and table for 6 with umbrella. Parking available in the street in front of the house.
Everything you need is close by; Gold Coast highway with busses going everywhere, Coles, fruit & meat market, petrol station, golf course, tennis court, coffee shops and various restaurants within walking distance. 15 mins by bike to Bond University.
Rent: $160/week incl. water, electricity every 3 months ~$100/each. Free Wifi internet and Foxtel (pay tv)!
