If location is what you need in a relaxed but tidy household then this is the place. We are a 5 min walk to the bus stop, 10-15mins walk from the shops and lalor/epping train station. Epping plaza, the stables, NMIT, RMIT and Latrobe are a short drive away. And if your interested in the ring road that too is only a 5-10 minute from from us.
