We have a large warm house that would suit a single working person or a student. It's a short bus ride to Hobart across the bridge. There are wonderful walking and bike riding tracks 2 minutes from our back door and you can walk around the bay. There are 2 bedrooms availbalbe and you will be sharing the house with a mom and 15 year old son. There is plenty of room so there is a office to study at night where you will not be disturbed. There is 2 living spaces so you can have your privacy if needed. If money is tight I am willing to trade meals for share in cooking and cleaning.
The house is bright and warm there is a large TV and 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are all furnished and there are beds in the rooms for rent. Email me for further info. Catherine
