I am very friendly and easy going! I am reasonably clean, and live with a beautiful dog that is well behaved and friendly.
The house is fully furnished and very comfortable. A suitable flatmate could bring its own bedroom furniture if they wish, otherwise the furniture provided is in a very good condition.
The potential flatmate would have to be employed,prefferably over the age of 30, but not neccessery, and would need to be reasonably clean. Everything else is matter of mutual agreement between two parties!
Internet services are very fast with cable internet and massive download allowances and free local and mobile calls.It has got gas heating, cooking and hotwater services and it does have air conditioning, as well.
