Hope all is well. There's only two of us who live in a very comfortable and spacious townhouse that is only 3.6kms from Brisbane's CBD. We are very close to various points of public transport and the cafe lifestyle is only 5 mins away. There is one spacious and secure room available (furnished or unfurnished) with own toilet and sink, laundry, kitchen, modern bathrooms, common living areas and Broadband cable internet. The rent would be AU$160, this covers all utilities and internet.
