A 4 bedroom single storey house with bus stop at door and off street parking. The home features a sunny rear deck with mountainous views, polished timber floors, furnished lounge and dining areas, fireplace, one bathroom with separate toilet, internal laundry, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, and a fully fenced rear yard.

Only 10 mins drive to Hornsby rail and shopping centres or a short walk to local shop and rail station. A very quiet peaceful area, but only 1 hour from the city.

$150 rent per week, paid 2 weeks in advance.

My name is Craig and I am 38 years old. I have a friendly dog, like working out and catching the occasional movie. I am interested in fitness, woodworking, computer graphics / animation, and just catching up with friends and spending time with my pet.

I am after a male or female between 20 and 40 who is sociable, and friendly. You should be clean and tidy, and also be kind to pets. There are currently no other people living in the house.

Non smokers preferred but outside smokers ok as long as tidyness is respected. No more pets can be accommodated.
