I own the house and have been renting the rooms to help with the repayments, I try and make things easy and my flatemates just pay rent into my a/c. The house is quiet large so everyone can have their own space and its very rare that everyone is home at the same time. I have 1 male flatmate who is very easy going and great for a chat also housetrained and have 2 females housemates. Everyone works full time. The house is a bout 15mins-20mins from CBD. Everyone just has wireless internet so less hassle with bills. Electricity is shared between everyone so it keeps the cost down.
