Hi, Iam looking to share my house with 2 new room mates / new friends. The house is only 3 years old and it is very large and beautiful. Executive and Luxury style house. Please read the full add before you make up your mind and look what the rent price Includes. Great Full package.
I am more then happy for you to come and Inspect the house first and have a chance to get to meet me and have a chat. I am also happy to give you some personal references about myself from my Mum, Dad, Sister, Clients of mine and past house mates.
The house has the following features -

5 Bedrooms (all double sized).
3 Bathrooms (private bathroom each).
3 Lounge Rooms (main lounge room has a 6 seater couch and a 61 inch TV) - (2nd lounge room has a 3 seater lounge and a 42 inch TV).
Bar and Games room with a Pool Table, Pinball Machines and an Arcade Machine.
Big Kitchen (stone benchs and a 900mm stainless steel Gas Cooker and a Big Walk In Pantry with 7 shelves).
Theatre Room (full 7.1 surround sound with a screen wider than 4 metres and 5 recliners).
Alfresco Outdoor dining area (8 seats and outdoor burner).
2nd Large outdoor entertainment area with a 5 person Spa and big BBQ and a further 10 seats.
2 person Indoor Spa.
3 Fridges and Freezers.

I have 2 rooms available. Each room is double sized and they have a Queen Sized bed with new Linen and Pillows in them. The rooms will also have their own TV point and Internet Point. I will also arrange for a Locksmith to put a Lock on your bedroom door if you wish. The bathrooms all have locks on the doors. If you want to bring your own bed and room furniture then that is fine by me - i will just move my beds to my dads house. We will each have our own private bathroom. Also the extra lounge rooms will come in handy so know one will argue over the TV remote :)
As for rent costs I have decided to do up a full package to make it easier on everyone. The full package will include the following -
Your Rent, Electricity, Gas, Foxtel, Insurance, Broadband Internet, A House Cleaner and I will do the Yard maintenance.
$215 a week will include everything in that package (all except your food)
I think thats pretty fair for all that and the house is awesome.
As a bonus I will not charge any bond money and also you do not have to pay in advance. Just move in and start paying weekly from there.
I am looking for 2 females to live with. (That will make a total of 3 people living in a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 lounge room house - plenty of space for everyone). The reason why I want females is because I believe they are a lot more Cleaner and less smellier then Boys. I am not a sleazy guy, or trying to pick up or anything like that. Its just girls are generally cleaner and more polite and have more manners - thats what I reckon anyway. I have only ever lived with females before and I have never had any problems. I am looking for females between the ages of 18 - 35.
I am looking for people who do not smoke. I am also looking for nice people who are honest, friendly and fun and want to socialise a little, go out sometimes and make new friends and who knows how to have a good laugh from time to time.
The house is in Mt Ommaney. It is South-West of the City. Its just on the other side of the River from Indooroopilly. It is 14klms from the CBD in a straight line. It takes 15-20 mins in a car to drive to the CBD in none peak hour times. There are 2 main roads to the city. The Centenary Highway / Western freeway and Ipswich Road. The Gold Coast Toll road is 5 mins away so it only takes 45 mins to get to the beach. There are shops and a pub in walking distance. Bus stop is a short walk up the street. Train station is a 5 mins drive away (Darra Station). Mt.Ommaney shopping Centre is a short drive up the road. Indooroopilly Shopping centre is 10 mins away. There are shops, pubs, gyms and restaraunts all in my area.
The house is in a new estate with other new houses. It is in a small quite cul-de-sac with only 14 other homes. My house backs onto the bushland with nice views and with no neighbours living behind me it is very peaceful. All the neighbours are great and I am friends with all of them and we all get on great.
A little bit about me. My Fiance just broke up with me (a friendly break up so its all good) so i have decided to buy her part of the house off her - so that is why I need 2 new room mates so I can afford my mortgage.
I am an honest, cruizy, casual guy who likes to socialise and make friends. During the week I work (I own my own dog washing business) so when i get home from work I like to cook a nice dinner and then relax in front of the TV or watch a movie in the Theatre room and take it easy.
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday then I am up for anything. I like to drink and socialise. I like to go out. I am not a fighter and I hold my alcohol extremely well. Whoever makes plans or wants to do something then I am first to say yeah count me in. I like going away for weekends also, aswell as the beach and camping etc.etc - basically if someone suggests something fun to go and do then I am up for it. I also like a casual weekend at home.
I am very easy to talk to and I am a great listener. I get along with everyone. I am a clean guy and very easy to live with and I am fun to be around. I love a good laugh. I respect people and I respect their belongings. I also understand when people need some quite and alone time.
I have a dog and his name is Tiger. He is very nice and friendly and he loves people. He behaves himself and he never smells coz I wash him all the time :)
