I PAY FOR THE GAS ,WATER , ELECTRICITY ; NO MORE HEADACHES WORKING OUT THE BILLS----------------------this house is not a party house just a quiet friendly place in a good neighbour hood , it is very clean and has nice gardens ... a cleaner comes in once a fortnight , which is also covered in the rent amount . the property is a great place to live , so if you have had enough of looking at dumps ring me. all bedrooms have wardrobes , polished floor boards and their own seperate lock and key for that particular room for that little more privacy and security ..... all kitchen and white goods are here . ducted heating . all gardening/maintenance is taken care of... all public transport is close-- ie :- bus , train and tram ..
