I have on offer two bedrooms upstairs in a large five bedroom house. One bedroom is fairly small, nicely furnished and has a large study area outside the room (125.-/week). The other bedroom is larger and fully furnished (145.-/week). A modern bathroom is also upstairs. The rent includes gas, water, electicity, and wireless internet (does not include phone).
Shared kitchen, laundry, gym and dining is downstairs, where the property owner and two school aged children, 17 and 13, reside. We are smoke, drug and alcohol free, but don't mind someone who drinks alcohol responsibly.
The house is in a quite street with off street parking, one minute walk to Narara train station, three minutes to bus stop, close to Ourimbah university, Wyoming shopping centre with a Coles supermarket, specialty shops and an Asian supermarket, a large bulk billing Medical and Dental Centre and Aldi supermarket.
We prefer female, non smoking, international student.
Please note that the larger room is rented out now. Only the small bedroom is available.
