I have a room to rent in New Farm with your name on it! The place has river views and is a block away from the Sydney St CityCat stop as well as the start of the River Walk. The place is also a block away from busses to the Valley/City and 2 blocks from a BUZ into West End. This place is perfect for people working in the city, or studying at QUT or UQ. The house is a little bare so people with furniture are more than welcome. You'll be sharing with just myself. Internet and phone are covered by rent and electricity is split down the middle when the bill comes in. All other necessities are covered like washing machine, fridge, microwave etc. Plenty of room in the lounge to spread out and a long balcony complete with BBQ.

A bond payment of approx. $620 will be required by the real estate agents.

I'm 23, male who's social, clean and easy to get along with, I'm very easy going and work at a comic book shop so I'm as uptight as a hoola hoop.
