Preferred room and flatmate description

My name is Joshua, i live with my older brother Joel and we're looking for a new housemate to help share the rent as our current housemate is moving out to travel OS. We're both easy-going, in our mid 20's, working full time. The house itself is fully furnished with 2 large separate living areas (one with open fireplace), 2 bathrooms, 1 modern kitchen and a decently sized backyard with an extra long drive-through carport with roller door (can double as covered entertainment area).

We're looking for someone of similar age, male or female, non-smoker, who is easy to get along with and doesn't mind doing their part to help keep the place tidy. The room is 14x12ft, fully carpeted, ceiling fan, northern side window, tv antennae outlet, and optional wardrobe and desk left behind by the old housemate.

Rent is $125/wk plus bond and utilities.

Between 5 to 20 minutes walk to Reserve; lake foreshore; 16 footers sailing club; central Belmont (two mini shopping centres); hospital and within a 10 minute drive to the Charlestown bypass, 20-25 minute drive to Newcastle Uni and the same to Newcastle CBD.
