I am commencing my forth year of university study at Newcastle, and currently hold a job working several days in a Radiology clinic. I am highly organised, personable, and friendly. I am able to adapt my lifestyle to accommodate others if needed, and am willing to resolve any disputes that might arise.
Looking to rent for the university year, will be happy to commence a shorter variable lease if necessary, but would prefer a fixed contract. Will need to attend classes at the City (near Civic Station) so only addresses close to that location, please!
