I am looking for a quiet, clean and private room to rent in the Newcastle area. I am a full time TAFE student, who is a quiet and clean person who enjoys my privacy to study, but am sociable also. I can obtain furniture if necessary, but would prefer a fully furnished room. I would like a room that has amenities included in the rent if possible. I like to cook my own food where possible due to dietary requirements. I have no pets, although I would like to have a small dog.
