The townhouse is in a complex in a great location, only 2 mins drive to the Newmarket Coles and the Newmarket hotel, 10 mins drive to the city or valley and heaps of public transport just a short walk. Kelvin Grove Uni just down the rd, has heaps fitness tracks to walk or run, heaps of parks near by. Safe neighbourhood and great and helpful neighbours.
Applicants must be willing to go on the lease, they also must be easy going, reliable, trustworthy, clean and fun.
A bit about us: we are both full time workers, we love to socialise, have fun but also like to relax and just chill out. We are easy going, clean and trustworthy so we are looking for someone that is pretty much the same. If you fill those requirements then get in contact with us!!! :)
