Nice housemate sought from mid january 2010 (although earlier start date can be negotiated).
You would have access to two furnished rooms - bedroom with double bed & built-in-robe, the other with couch & desk, bookshelf etc. Living area, bathroom etc is shared.
House is fully furnished and in a quiet sunny spot really close to bus stops and local shops, only about 5mins drive to the main Gungahlin centre, and expect for peak hour, only 15mins to Belconnen and 20mins to the city.
Seeking a house-trained friendly housemate who is not afraid of the vacuum cleaner nor of a fat lazy ginger cat that rules the house!
Rent is $135 per week plus your share of electricity & gas. $270 bond required. Phone & internet would be your own responsibility.
