Cute, large house. Double storey in a very quiet part of noble park, bordering on springvale, nice neighbours, one room available to rent. It is one short bus ride to uni.Both people living are fun, easygoing and relaxed. Use of marble tiled hall and high quality bathroom, Fans in all rooms, all bedrooms have large BIRs (built in robes), full leather lounge suite, kitchen and dining facilities.
